Account Manager

BCA Financial Services Inc. is looking for a full time Account Manager.  The Account Manager serves as the primary business contact for the client and is responsible for client satisfaction. The Account Manager is expected to consistently provide excellent customer service to accounts, as well as represent client needs and goals within the organization to ensure quality. In addition, the Account Manager will build relationships with clients to encourage new and repeat business opportunities.

The Account Manager:

  • Responsible for all client communications, conflict resolution, and compliance on client deliverables and revenue.  
  • Prepare project reports for management and clients.   
  • Research accounts and respond to all client reporting requests. 
  • Develop positive working relationships with client staff members.
  • Use relevant information and individual judgment to determine whether events or processes comply with company and client expectations as well as all relevant local, state and federal regulations.
  • Demonstrate a strong working knowledge of the Health Insurance Portability and Accountability Act (HIPAA) and all other statutes, laws and regulations pertinent to the industries served.

Job Requirements

Education & Experience

  • A high school diploma or equivalent
  • Prior experience in complaint resolution 
  • Minimum of 1 years’ experience working in an equivalent position, health care setting or similar business environment
  • Minimum of 1 years’ experience in client service and/or customer service
  • Possess the ability to manage a great variety of tasks simultaneously and effectively
  • Ability to understand and carry out moderately complex oral and written instructions
  • Use logic and reasoning to identify the strengths and weaknesses of alternative solutions, conclusions or appropriate problems
